hey. i think that friends have one of the biggest impacts and influences on your life. they try and help you with your problems, they tell us if we are doing something dumb, and they help us find out who we are. without friends, what would the world be?
my best friend lily is who im going to start with. she has a hard life, but she is strong. not only does she influence me, but she influences others. she doesnt really realize it, but she helps people everyday. she doesnt give herself enough credit. yeah, sometimes she can be dumb, but thats just who she is. she is funny, random, smart, talented, and more importantly, my best friend. lily and i have gotten into fights before, but even when we were mad at eachother, we never hated eachother. we were always just a phone call away if we needed anything. we always have fun. she likes to read and write and draw, and i like to play guitar, listen to music, and read her stories. they are funny and actually for the most part, good. but i never tell her enough. she has many talents and im very proud of her. she might not be the biggest green day fan, but hey...never stopped us from being friends! and she helps me a lot. she listens to me and i thank her for that. all i have to do is just call her. and shes always been there for me since the 3rd grade. i might not too much of a good memory to remember everything that we did...but i do remember acting out romeo and juliet and we had to sword fight. we were laughing so hard i almost peed myself! lol and we like to sing and just goof off with eahother. she has a pool at her house and we never get board in there! and she played volleyball with me to help me practice and i played soccer with her. yeah i know im not nothing special at soccer, but hey...just cuz i broke a lightbulb, tripped a little girl on accident, and threw my leg in there air for some dumb reason, thinking i could actually kick the ball doesnt mean im horrible! lol but she could always turn my frown upside down. we have a lot of trust in eachother and even when we were mad at eachother, we never told our secrets. yeah, we did backstab, but we arent that shallow! and then something tragic shell never forget happened to her. i rememebr i was on the computer and she called me. she said her dad had 2 tumors and had cancer. she was never the same. i tried to keep her calm and keep hope in her life, but no matter what i said, i just couldnt get through to her. instead of getting better, her dad got worse. and then on all days, he died on Christmas. i didnt know what to say. i dont know what to do. i couldnt imagine what she was going through. all is know is that i never heard her cry-not once. i dont know how she does it, but i know she is stronger than i am. she tells me stories about him, like one time she told me a funny story about a squirel, but i wont tell it cuz ill just mess it up! lol but even when i knew she was hurting, she seemed so happy. she can hide her emotions and feelings so well it's as if they're not even there. but i know they are. and i know she is hurting. im no therapist but i try to help her...but i think she helps herself... i dont know if she knows it, but she does. lily has big dreams of becoming a writer and i know she will. i believe in her and i know she can do whatever she sets her heart to doing.
My friend Kimmi is so cool. She and I have so much fun together. We act like we're fighting all the time, but we aren't serious. But that's how we have fun... Our frinds think we are serious though... It's kinda funny. Shes sooo cool. And she listens to the best music! We always sing and act dumb.... We make fun of my one friend all the time.... He don't care though... He goes right along with it. But yeah... Shes so cool. The funny thing is that we don’t even look like people that would talk! She likes to wear pink all the time and all of this girly clothes. I wear black everyday and I wear all these wristbands and black eyeliner. Kimmi on the other hand is total opposite! She wears pearls! It is kind of funny actually. But we have a lot of fun so that’s good. She’s not the biggest Green Day fan, but she knows some stuff. She likes Holiday, American Idiot, Longview, Time of Your Life and some other songs, too. She is the nicest person I know and I can tell her anything. We are always laughing and doing dumb stuff, but we never get into any trouble. She is so cool though. And she likes a wide variety of music as well! I’ll be singing some old song from the eighty’s or seventy’s and then she’ll start singing it with me! And she’s a great singer. Another thing, she likes musicals. I like Grease, but I’m not really into that kind of stuff. It was SO funny yesterday! She was at my house and we were watching GD videos and Gink Stink Breath was on and she had to cover her eyes! Lol But she is really fun to be with and I want to stay friends with her forever.
